Terms and conditions

1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2. This offer entitles readers to receive two complementary therapy treatments for the price of one.

3. Readers must call the therapist of their choice and book their treatment(s), stating clearly that they wish to take part in the Sainsbury’s Magazine offer.

4. The offer will apply only to advance reservations. Each therapist has a limited number of spaces available for this promotion, so early booking is advised.

5. To take advantage of this offer, readers must collect one voucher published in the August 2008 issue of Sainsbury’s Magazine. A completed voucher allows a maximum of two people (one paying full price and one receiving a free treatment) to take advantage of the offer. The completed voucher must be handed to your chosen therapist at the time of payment. The offer as described above may not be honoured if you do not declare that you hold a Sainsbury’s Magazine two-for-one health and beauty treatments coupon at the time of booking. Photocopies, counterfeits, other reproductions or defaced vouchers will not be accepted by therapists. Bookings must be made and completed by 30 September 2008.

6. This offer excludes August Bank Holiday 2008.

7. Participating therapists are offering two therapies for the price of one. Readers may either pay for the first therapy and allow the free therapy to be used by a friend or family member, or pay for the first therapy and take the free therapy themselves. The free therapy must be of the same or lesser value than the treatment paid for.

8. The promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion offer – that is, provision of the voucher. All other facilities connected with this promotion offer are contributed by, and are the responsibility of, the individual therapist.

9. All online details and descriptions have been supplied by the participating therapists and are believed to be correct. Neither the promoter, nor its agents, can accept any responsibility for any discrepancies, inaccuracies or misconceptions given or construed. Any dispute or complaint must, in the first instance, be brought to the attention of the therapist. The promoter is happy to investigate any unresolved problems, however disputes or complaints relating to the result or the perceived results of a specific treatment will not be investigated.

10. Readers are solely responsible for passing on requested medical history to their chosen therapists. No responsibility will be attributed to participating therapists for an adverse reaction to a therapy that was caused by the non-disclosure of a reader’s medical history. You may be required to complete a health-history questionnaire before receiving your chosen therapy.

11. Your chosen therapist may discuss an additional terms and conditions of receiving the therapy with you before commencing the therapy.

12. The offer will cease to be available if any individual therapist changes ownership or goes into receivership after the publication of the list, unless decided otherwise at the discretion of the new management of that therapist.
